Bookings, Payment & Cancellations

A quote or booking becomes binding once we've confirmed it with you directly (by phone, email, or a written agreement), not simply by submitting an enquiry through this website. Payment terms, deposit requirements and cancellation notice periods are agreed with you at the time of booking and may vary by job.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, contact us as early as possible. Costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g. crew booked, equipment arranged) may not be refundable, and this will be discussed with you at the time.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
